FAQ

We offer a range of micron options to suit different debris types and seasonal needs. Lower microns are ideal for fine dust and pollen, while higher microns are best for larger debris like leaves. Consider your pool's debris types when selecting the appropriate micron level.

Our vacuum replacement bags are designed to be compatible with a wide range of battery-operated vacuum models. However, we recommend checking the compatibility with your specific vacuum model before purchasing.

The frequency of bag replacement depends on the amount of debris being collected and the bag's capacity. As a general guideline, we recommend replacing the bag once it reaches full capacity or shows signs of wear and tear to ensure optimal performance.

If your Vacbagz® are "popping off" of the vacuum, usually there are 2 reasons for this:

  1. The bungee cord is not cinched tight enough when secured down to the cord lock
  2. If dealing with fine debris/fine debris micron mesh (below 100 micron) then the mesh can become saturated after a certain amount of use, clogging the pores of the bag and essentially turning it into a "plastic bag," where the flow of water is blocked. At this point, you should either switch to a larger micron mesh size bag or rinse out the bag more often to breakup the fine debris buildup.
